Our backgrounds span military intelligence, emergency management, public safety aviation, and national capability development programmes, all in operational roles. We bring an intelligence-led approach to organisations that must make high-stakes decisions under demanding conditions. That means Defence, emergency services, utilities, mining, and critical infrastructure, where a better decision changes the outcome. ### Our Approach We start with a question that many clients have not been asked. What decisions do you actually need to make? Before recommending technology, training, or any other solution, we work with you to define your intelligence requirements. What do you need to know? How current does it need to be? Who needs to act on it, and when? The answers shape everything that follows. We value shared success, quality outcomes, creativity and passion, integrity and great work with great people. # Reviews - Training ![Testimonial - RFS Coms Workshop 2024](https://442144144.fs1.hubspotusercontent-ap1.net/hub/442144144/hubfs/Testimonial%20-%20RFS%20Coms%20Workshop%202024.png?width=1200&length=1200&name=Testimonial%20-%20RFS%20Coms%20Workshop%202024.png) ![Testimonial - Felix JC 2025](https://442144144.fs1.hubspotusercontent-ap1.net/hub/442144144/hubfs/Testimonial%20-%20Felix%20JC%202025.png?width=1200&length=1200&name=Testimonial%20-%20Felix%20JC%202025.png) ![Testimonial - ACIMS Philipa 2024](https://442144144.fs1.hubspotusercontent-ap1.net/hub/442144144/hubfs/Testimonial%20-%20ACIMS%20Philipa%202024.png?width=1200&length=1200&name=Testimonial%20-%20ACIMS%20Philipa%202024.png) ## Fire Hawk Team ![Hopkins_David](https://firehawkservices.com.au/hubfs/Hopkins_David.jpeg) ### David Hopkins Director and Co-Founder, Head of Operations & Delivery Over 25 years' experience in Defence, emergency services, and intelligence.
