We design and deliver training that builds real capability in your people. Our methods are hands-on and scenario-based to develop the judgment they rely on when they are making decisions under pressure.
What most training misses
Most operational training teaches procedure. People learn the steps, pass the assessment, and return to work knowing more than they did. The training test for operational roles is different. It is whether people do the right thing when conditions are difficult, information is incomplete, and the pressure is on. That kind of judgement is built through practice.
Operationally grounded
We start by working out what the role actually requires, then design the training accordingly. A training program is only useful if it prepares people for the decisions and actions their role actually involves. Get that wrong, and the cost shows up in safety, in performance, and in mistakes that could have been prevented.
Our design process is based on how capability is built, through repetition under realistic conditions. It includes structured feedback and deliberate practice that increase cognitive load as people progress.
Our training backgrounds are in intelligence and emergency management, two environments where underprepared people carry a real and immediate cost.
Programs
- Precision Aerial Intelligence training. Intelligence requirements and collection architecture skills for aerial collection operators and program managers. Available as part of a PAI engagement or standalone.
- Mission Integration and operational communications. Communications, situational awareness, and decision-support skills for integrated operations. Includes the Fireground Communications Workshop, delivered to NSW Rural Fire Service and emergency management organisations across Australia.
- Emergency management competencies. Nationally recognised training through our partnership with ACIM Solutions. Programs include incident management, multi-team sector management, intelligence function at an incident, and liaison officer roles.
- Custom programs. We design programs for organisations with requirements that do not fit standard formats. Contact us to discuss.
Accredited intelligence training
For organisations whose needs extend into intelligence-specific training, we work with the Institute for Intelligence Professionalisation. IIP is developing a Certificate III and IV in Intelligence.
